The agreement lists the territories where the operator does not provide services. Turkey is not among them:

Payment Rules

There is no card or e-wallet option; deposits go through bank transfer/IBAN aggregators or cryptocurrency only. Withdrawals are processed using the same method used for the deposit. Transferring funds between accounts is prohibited, as is accepting payment from third parties.
Bonus and Game Rules
Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement and time limit, shown on the bonus activation screen. If abuse is detected, the related bonus and any winnings from it may be voided.
Game outcomes are generated by each provider's random number system. A transaction is reviewed if a technical error occurs.
Legal Status
